REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Register via the CAA DMARES WEBSITE. If you have already registered it is mandatory to attach your Operator ID to your UAS/Drone.

LIMITATIONS

CAA Limitations for all UAS/Drones flights in UK Airspace Max Operating Height 120m/400ft.

OPEN CATEGORY, A1 SUBCATEGORY

Without a training course you can fly in the Open Category’s A1 subcategory (fly over people), this means:
• You may fly over people but not over crowds.
• If you want to fly in the A1 Transitional Subcategory an A2 COFC will be required.
